I feel like it is a lot harder for me to avoid temptations than it should be :/. But maybe I will get better at it. Congrats to you, though! Have a good weekend.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13169233964115418009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1829237175767434112.post-46284339379656918922012-01-30T09:35:57.408-05:002012-01-30T09:35:57.408-05:00Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend. :)
I ...Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend. :)

I honestly dont overeat on the weekends... I never feel tempted to either.. I eat 6 small, well balanced meals throughout the week (including sweet treats) and try to workout everday. I've learned a lot about balance and not depriving myself and its really helped me a lot.
I try to eat healthy as often as I can (during the week and on the weekend). I remember when I was a kid I would overeat on so many things JUST because they were there. Not because I was soo hungry, but just because they were infront of me. (I was never overweight or anything..) I know now, that overeating just makes me feel sick and tired and that eating more than I can handle just because its there isnt worth it. You know what I mean?Shannonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14272961012647161982noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1829237175767434112.post-61375549164499370992012-01-29T20:54:05.216-05:002012-01-29T20:54:05.216-05:00That is REALLY good though. Thanks for sharing love xo

Well, I am weird this way..... may eating habits and exercise habits DO NOT change what so ever on any given day. It's really weird. Since I am in school, i use my two weekend days for workout days, so i make it to the gym each day and my days always consist of eating 6 meals/day. I guess I just figured out what works for me. Maybe since I have doing this for such a long time i don't crave other things? and since i don't drink, i assume that helps...Meghttp://adashofmeg.comnoreply@blogger.com
